• Membership is open to locally owned businesses in Central Illinois and is subject to review and approval by our leadership team.
• Our network operates on a category-exclusive model, meaning only one business per professional category may hold membership at a time. We reserve the right to determine category eligibility.
• Annual membership dues are $120, payable in accordance with our billing practices.
• Members are expected to actively participate in monthly meetings, provide and receive referrals in good faith, and uphold the professional standards of our organization.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for conduct that is disruptive, unethical, or contrary to the group's mission.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through any form;
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm another member or business;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data;
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or mine data from our member directory;
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content in violation of these Terms.

Our public member directory is provided to facilitate networking and referrals among members and the local business community. By becoming a member, you consent to the display of your name, business name, business category, email, and phone number in the directory.

• Directory information is provided for legitimate business networking purposes only.
• You may not use directory contact details to send unsolicited marketing or promotional material.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by members. Members are responsible for keeping their own directory information current.

Members may voluntarily report revenue generated through group referrals using our Economic Impact form. Reported figures are used to aggregate and display the collective economic impact of our network. You are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts you report. Aggregate totals may be displayed publicly; individual submissions are not published without consent.
